Last month I had the privilege of shooting a lifelong family friends engagement pictures. Reid's parents and mine grew up together and so we're basically family. Growing up it was mostly me and all the boys, so you can imagine how happy and excited I am to welcome another girl into the family. Can't wait for Reid and Michaela's wedding next year. I grew up playing travel ball softball with Bethany, so it was a total blast to get to meet up with her and her fiance for engagement pictures. Bethany played softball in college and Bradley played baseball…pretty much an all American couple. They were so in love and happy, I can only imagine how great their Texas wedding will be this summer!

We had a great time getting to know Sarah and Claudio while photographing their engagement session in beautiful La Jolla.  They have known each other for a long time but didn't start dating until after high school and have been together ever since.   I brought my NEW husband on this shoot! Sarah and Claudio are both so fun and easy-going.  We all ended up going to dinner together after the shoot and got to know each other better.   Such a blast and we definitely can't wait for their wedding next year. I know it's going to be amazing!
